Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry unit. As a Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs, interpreting telemetry data, and providing high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Monitor and interpret patients' cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment
- Assess patients' conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform physical examinations and collect patient data for accurate documentation
- Educate patients and their families on cardiac health management, including lifestyle modifications and medication adherence
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems (e.g., Athenahealth)
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times

* Shift-12hr day shift
* 13 weeks
* 36 hrs/wk= $2124-$2376 (candidate needs to reside 60mi or further to receive higher rate)

*Requirements:*
* Minimum of 2 year exp
* BLS
* ACLS
* NIHSS
