Current Arkansas Paramedic License.

Current Arkansas Drivers license with driving record acceptable by the SMH insurance carrier.

Graduate from accredited Paramedic program

Must be 23 years of age for insurance purposes.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Current Arkansas Paramedic License.

Current BLS and ACLS certification.
