We understand that offering more home time presents a huge upside when hiring drivers as well as driver retention.


General Information

  • End Dump - Rock
  • Manual Only
  • Dedicated Runs
  • Slip Seat
  • Day Shift from 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Night Shift from 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM
  • Delivers within a 15 mile radius
  • 10 loads per night on average
  • Park truck in Calera


Home Time

  • Daily
  • 5 days a week (occasionally Saturday)

Pay

  • Starting April 1st Day Shift - paying 28%
  • Starting April 1st Night Shift - paying 28.5%
  • Average gross $1000- $1200 per week
