LinQuest is looking for a creative technical editor who isn’t afraid of digging into the details
You will be responsible for the editing and production of high-quality technical documentation, briefings, proposals, and marketing materials that contribute to the overall success of our products
You will join a team of talented developers and engineers and work collaboratively to make our products more digestible and usable by others
IF YOU CAN: Balance confidence with radical open-mindedness See your projects through from start to finish Utilize best practices for technical writing that meet applicable standards Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for greatest reader comprehension Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
* BS in English or related field
* More than three years of technical writing experience
* Excellent written skills in English
* Strong working knowledge of LaTeX and Microsoft Office with a portfolio to back it up
* Meticulous document reviews that elevate the quality of the product
* Interest in learning and adopting modern software tools as part ofthetechnical writing review process (i.e
Gitlab, Python scripting, Jira, Confluence)
* Continuous improvement, constantly striving to challenge yourself and your teammates to reach your best
* U.S
citizenship and an active Secret clearance
