Are you a compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner seeking a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our practice, which consists of a collaborative team including one MD and a Physician Assistant.
Job Details:
- Position: Board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in primary care
- Schedule: Full-time position, 4-5 days a week
- Benefits: Eligible for all benefits offered by the practice
As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in our practice, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care to our pediatric patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments and examinations of pediatric patients
- Diagnosing and treating common childhood illnesses and injuries
- Providing preventative care, including immunizations and well-child exams
- Collaborating with our medical team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Educating patients and their families about health promotion and disease prevention
- Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records
- Board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Active license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Georgia
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based pediatric practice guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and their families
- Commitment to providing compassionate and culturally sensitive care to diverse patient populations
