Carecore at Lima has openings for STNA's full time and part time. Pay based on years of experience. Health insurance available, paid holidays, and accrued vacations. All shifts available, so come join our team. We aim to keep our employees in a safe and pleasant work environment.

Requirements:

· Must have a valid State Tested Nursing Assistant certification

· Prior experience in a long-term care facility is preferred but not required

· Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Must have a passion for providing high-quality care to our residents

Responsibilities:

· Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

· Monitoring residents' health and well-being and reporting any changes to the nursing staff

· Assisting with mobility and transfers

· Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents

· Following all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
