*$10,000 sign on bonus* POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinates, oversees and delivers patient care system-wide using an interdisciplinary approach, utilizing the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.# Directs and provides patient teaching activities.# Maintains standards of professional nursing practices.# Documents complete and accurate patient information in compliance with Patient Services Department policy and other regulatory agency requirements.# Participates in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of departmental and divisional nursing philosophy and objectives, as well as, Health System initiatives.# Coordinates family involvement in assessment and treatment of the patient.## Provides age and culturally appropriate assessment/screening, interpretation of clinical and laboratory data and develops and implements age appropriate interventional and plans of care including education within the parameters of his/her position responsibilities and licensure.# EDUCATION/TRAINING: Bachelors degree in nursing required. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois and the following certifications:# Bi-annual CPR certification required. NRP by end of orientation. STABLE certification within 1 year of hire.# RNC certification within 3 years of hire. EDUCATION/TRAINING:
