The Registered Nurse must demonstrate a competent level of behavior in a professional role, including activities related to promotion of quality of care, performance appraisal, education, collegiality, ethics, collaboration, research and resource utilization (Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice - ANA, 2010).## # Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Certification / License: Current RN Licensure in Massachusetts. Current CPR, ACLS and PALS certification#required.## # Experience:#Recent PACU or ICU experience required.### # # MRMC Differentials:Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends.#All differentials are paid based per hospital policy. # # # # # # # # # # ## # #
