By partnering with our marketing and horizontal product teams, you'll help us systematically understand how people interact with financial products and how they think and feel about money. We're looking for a senior Market Researcher to lead research that helps us understand customer journeys and needs, acquisition strategies, and campaign performance. You'll input on marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and growth, as well as love for our brand. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves collaboration, and is curious and flexible.The role is located in the following office locations (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Bellevue, WA) which will align with our in-office working environment. Please connect with your recruiter for more information regarding our in-office philosophy and expectations.What you’ll doPlan and lead research projects end-to-end - including strategic, iterative, and evaluative research - to achieve our marketing and growth objectives Design, execute, and analyze surveys to derive insights from brand trackers, audience segmentation, measurement, and inform GTM plans. In partnership with UXR & Data Science teams, integrate alternate data sources (qualitative research, secondary research, campaign analytics, attribution metrics, etc.) to triangulate research insightsTranslate insights into recommendations that drive brand sentiment, communications, marketing strategy, and user acquisition, retention, and engagementClearly communicate your rich insights and recommendations in compelling and creative waysProactively shape marketing research prioritization and implementation through collaboration with cross-functional partners across Marketing and Product, as well as our broader Research teamWhat you bring 6-8+ years of brand, growth, or market research experience within an agency, consultancy, or industry (in-house) role Direct experience working in fintech or financial services Hands-on experience independently designing and running quantitative research from beginning to end, including questionnaire creation, survey programming, sampling, weighting, data cleaning & analysis, and reporting, etc. Comfortable using data analysis software such as SPSS or R, and survey programming tools such as QualtricsAbility to flex in other research methods and identify when to use them Record of proactively applying your research skills to influence business and marketing strategy Comfortable doing scrappy, tactical research and longer-term strategic researchStrong work ethic with excellent organization and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiencesLove and care for your craftWhat we offerMarket competitive and pay equity-focused compensation structure100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependentsAnnual lifestyle wallet for personal wellness, learning and development, and more Lifetime maximum benefit for family forming and fertility benefitsDedicated mental health support for employees and eligible dependentsGenerous time away including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and moreLively office environment with catered meals, fully stocked kitchens, and geo-specific commuter benefitsBase pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
