STAT Home Health in Shreveport, LA is seeking Full-Time Registered Nurses (RN)

We invite you to become a part of one of the fastest-growing Home Health Care and Hospice agencies that spans across six states and employs over 2,400 healthcare professionals. Qualifications:

* Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required
* Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an RN or 1 year clinical experience as an LPN
* Current CPR Certification
* Compassionate and great time management skills
* Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility

Job Duties:

* Supervise patient care
* Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care
* Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submission
* Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed
* Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation
