Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse at ResiHealth in Euclid, OH. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing personalized care to patients, collaborating with healthcare providers and social workers, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and documenting patient information. The role will involve direct patient care, assistance with medical procedures, and coordination of healthcare services.

Qualifications
  • Valid LPN license
  • Experience in providing direct patient care
  • Strong knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Familiarity with community healthcare resources
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus
