and it s all done through agile ways of working, calculated risk-taking, meaningful collaboration, and a data-driven mindset.As an Analyst, Marketing Analytics working with Nestl Purina s Marketing Analytics Center of Excellence, you ll be responsible for accelerating and activating our digital marketing measurement and technology strategy across websites, social media, display, CRM/email, search, ecommerce, and personalized content communications. This includes working with internal and external partners to recommend key strategies that impact the consumer experience across Nestle Purina's digital ecosystem.Partner with Brand, Communications & Media Centers of Excellence (COEs), and external agencies on measurement strategies across paid and owned touchpointsLeverage multiple technologies and data sources to develop and deliver holistic insights via reporting dashboards and other visualization toolsWork cross-functionally with Marketing Research teams to leverage their technologies and data sources for campaign analytics, marketing mix modeling, and brand/sales lift studiesServe as a consultant to brands, agencies, and technology & implementation specialists to improvethe efficiency and functionality of analytics tracking across the entire consumer lifecycleHelp the organization strategize and deliver data-driven personalization initiatives by configuring technology and data integrationsConsult and collaborate with cross-functional teams on key Media Planning initiatives to better support marketing campaign setup and design. Develop analyticstagging requirements to ensure proper tracking and reporting of data Stay current on the latest tools and industry developments across marketing analytics as well as the various digital media channelsConduct analysis related to a wide range of marketing business challenges, interpret the data in a meaningful way, and translate insights into actionable information for the organization Manage the dissemination of regular reports, generating insights that surface key optimization opportunities, trends and anomaliesRequirementsBachelor s Degree from an accredited institution 3+ years of professional experience1+ years of experience in marketing and/or data analytics required. Other1+ year of experience with websites, social media, search, display, CRM, eCommerce, and/or content is preferred1+ year of experience in Adobe, Google 360, SalesForce, or similar marketing/analytics platforms is preferred1+ year of experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI is preferredDon t meet all the qualifications listed under
