Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the PEO Unmanned and Small Combatants, Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Program Office (PMS 340) of PEO UNMANNED AND SMALL COMBATANTS
You will acquire and sustain systems and equipment in support of NSW mission and operations as follows: Sea Air & Land (SEAL) diver life support; SEAL Delivery Vehicle (SDV); SEAL weapons and ordnance systems; maritime equipment and systems in support of joint maritime Special Operations programs
Duties
• You will serve as the Unmanned Systems (UxS) APM.
• You will be responsible for conducting design reviews, conducting Integrated Baseline Reviews, preparing acquisition documentation IAW DoD 5000 and USSOCOM 70-1, reviewing and approving contract deliverables.
• You will also manage and coordinate all WIPTs, providing oversight for the development of all Integrated Logistics Products, coordinating and managing all Configuration Management activities, and Congressional Briefing support.
• You will be responsible for establishing acquisition program objectives and planning, coordination, technical direction, research and development, administration, and budget formulation and justification for all phases of assigned PMS340 programs.
• You will review requests and recommendations for changes in equipment allowances and material planning, study reports and makes final technical evaluation and determination.
• You will evaluate intermediate and depot level maintenance and maintenance engineering program reports and data for accomplishment of program/project objectives, compliance with direction, and accountability.
• You will coordinate, integrate, and monitor all technical efforts and activities ensuring performance requirements are met.
• You will manage and develop program/project schedules to ensure final products can be properly integrated into the final system/equipment to minimize risk in acquiring each new capability "on schedule" and "on cost.
• You will interface with manufacturer/government Program Managers, engineering and technical support, contracting personnel, and financial analysts to ensure effective program/project management.
• You will conduct and/or attend conferences, meetings, and program reviews and witness testing to ensure project and reporting requirements are met.
• You will lead or participate in meetings to discuss project/program issues regarding acquisition and budgeting processes as well as develop objectives, operating schedules, resource requirements, and overall project plans.
• You will demonstrate knowledge of acquisition management in accordance with DoD 5000 series Directives as it relates to the acquisition of developmental, complex war-fighting systems.
• You will posses administrative and advanced program management skills with experience sufficient to manage multiple long-range, critical, and complex developmental programs/projects and to develop program strategies
Requirements Conditions of Employment

• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty
Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
• MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
• This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA)
Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required
A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test
You will be subject to random testing.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites
You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics
You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101
Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the pay band NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating acquisition programs to identify issues and recommend process improvements for weapon systems

The NH-4 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15
Positions may or may not have a control point within bands
If the position has a control point; thus, the salary range for this position is capped at GS-15, step 05 which is currently equivalent to $165,187
