Doorman Full Time- Conrad Orlando

The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable of all local attractions, restaurants, entertainment ideas, and directions.
Must always present a pleasant customer service attitude.
  • Understand and practice aggressive hospitality.
  • Greet all guests with a smile at all times.
  • Use the guest's last name at all times when appropriate.
  • Responsible for opening doors for all guests entering and exiting the hotel.
  • Provide professional aggressive hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner to all guests.
  • Assist guests with transportation to offsite locations using only approved taxi/limo service.
  • Maintain accuracy and composure while under pressure.
  • Knowledge of hotel layout, meeting rooms, amenities, services, main attractions in the area, parking rates, etc.
  • Continually monitor and maintain cleanliness and order of guest services area.
  • Post up in appropriate area when not completing tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license in the state in which you will be working (if you are an out-of-state college student, you must have a valid license in your state of residence)
  • Pass a pre-employment background check including drug, MVR, and criminal background check
  • Must be able to drive a manual transmission
  • Must be able to speak, read and write Standard English
  • Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • Must be able to stand during the entire shift
  • Must be able to regularly stand, walk, run, use hands to finger, handle, feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
  • Must have close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus
