Salary: $52,418 - $85,894 Annually (Dependent on Qualifications)

ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS: Non rotating 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Must be available to work additional hours as needed during City emergencies and EOC Activations.

Responsibilities

Prioritizes, schedules, and plans the work of Field Technicians using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Inspects field work performed by field technicians and contractors to ensure that quality of work meets established standards. Performs field inspections to ensure that each job complies with the appropriate safety requirements and follows the correct Safety Plan. Prepares and conducts safety meetings with field technicians. Implements all components of Quality Assurance Program and develops corrective actions when applicable. May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Position requires High School Diploma/GED with minimum of ten (10) years of experience. A combination of education and pertinent experience may be considered. Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing experience is required at time of hire. A valid driver's license is required. Successful out of state candidates must be able to obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire.
