San Mateo, California, United StatesG&A – Finance - Accounting /Mid-Senior Level /HybridWhat you will do: Own global cash management activities including cash positioning, forecasting, and funding by working closely with the global finance team and ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needsManage the banking relationship on a Global basisLeading the treasury process automation projectsManage bank account administration, including opening and closing bank accounts, maintaining bank signer records, and serving as a bank portal administratorPartner closely with AP, Payroll and Tax Teams to manage cash disbursements on a timely basis globallyManage day-to-day global cash and liquidity operations including cash positioning for global entities, FX settlements and intercompany fundingPreparation and presentation of certain cash position & forecast reporting to the Executive teamExperience in operational and SOX controls and ensuring that all treasury related accounting, financial reporting, audit, and SOX deliverables are addressed on timeWhat you will bring to Coupa: Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, in Accounting and/or Finance, along with 8+ years of global treasury operations experienceExperience with working US and international banksExperience in treasury process automations via leveraging technologyExperience and comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environmentStrong knowledge of cash management, banking, and accountingStrong strategic thinking, organizational and time management skillsPeople Leadership experienceExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsDetail oriented and ability to work independentlyStrong computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointIt would be a plus to have NetSuite and Coupa prosystem experiencesExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize deadlinesFlexible in working with the team members in different time zonesSelf-motivated individual with a strong commitment to accuracyHave a sense of urgency to anticipate busy schedulesThe estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:• Based in California: $151,300 - 178,000The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.#LI-Hybrid#LI-MH2
