Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse at Breeze Hospice located in Belleville, IL. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in a hospice setting. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

Qualifications
  • Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in hospice or palliative care
  • Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of end-of-life care principles and practices
  • BLS certification
  • Additional certifications in hospice or palliative care are a plus
