Are you a Pilates Instructor who enjoys being part of a cohesive team? Are you passionate about helping clients meet their fitness goals? Are you someone who thrives on working with a diverse customer base, helping clients dealing with injuries? JCC Greater Boston in Newton, MA is looking for a part time instructor to teach private and semi-private lessons in our state of the art, well established STOTT Pilates Studio. Daytime, weekend and evening hours are available.

The Pilates Reformer Instructor salary is $55-$65 per session. The salary offered will ultimately be determined by the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity.

Minimum Qualifications:

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop individual training plans based on client needs and goals
* Train clients in individual, duets and trios sessions (typically 1 hours sessions)
* Share responsibility for equipment cleaning
* Model a strong customer service mindset, creating a pleasant participant experience

QUALIFICATIONS

* Strong customer service and relationship building skills
* Certified STOTT Matwork and Reformer instructor or apprentice Pilates instructor working towards certification.
* Trained in Cadillac, Chair, & Barrel
* CPR/AED Certified
