Position: Route Checker
Type: Full time, contract
Location: Edmonds/Lynnwood/Shoreline Route
Pay: $20.75 per hour with $0.45 per mile
Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday 9:00AM-5:30PM (Can be flexible with the days, except Sat/Sun are a must)
Our client is a multi-national corporation managing and operating parking facilities in both the Western United States and Western Canada covering more than 1,900 diverse locations since 1922. They are currently seeking a Route Checker for the Edmonds, Shoreline and Lynnwood areas.
Job Details:
- Monitoring parking lots and checking parking validations
- Issuing citations, with scanner provided to you, for illegally parked vehicles
- Maintenance of the parking grounds (light trash pickup)
- Replacing printer paper in some of the kiosks
- Possible graffiti removal
- Communicating any other issues with management
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- Must be comfortable asking people to leave parking lot if they are loitering
