External Description

Call Center Patient Access Representative will be responsible but not limited to, answering high call volume of patients calls requesting appointments, medication refills, follow-up appointments to discharged patients in our Emergency Department and/or after-hours calls follow-up. The Patient Access Rep. will demonstrate courtesy and respect towards all patients and proactively assist patients to navigate the SBH Health System.

Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Minimum of 6 months of registrar experience preferred.
  • Customer Service experience required.
  • Basic computer skills required, MS office preferred.
  • Medical terminology highly preferred.
  • EPIC experience highly preferred.
