Charge RN (Operating Room/Pre-Post Operative) - Sign-on upto $5,000 - Lubbock, TX

Shift Details: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Description:

As a Charge nurse to step into a Director of Nurse position. You will Assists the Clinical Director in planning and organizing nursing care and related activities. Performs duties of Operating Room or Preoperative/Postoperative Registered Nurse.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Requires frequent and constant judgment and response; occasionally in response to disasters or emergencies, actual events or drills.

• Assists in providing effective and efficient supervisory activities necessary for patient care.

• Assumes responsibilities of operating room supervision when necessary.

Qualification/Experience:

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing required

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

• Perioperative nursing experience required

• 3-4 years operating room nursing experience preferred

• Management training/experience preferred

License/Certifications:

• Current RN State TX Licensure required
