Duties
• You will be responsible for ensuring IT requirements are met for delegated areas.
• You will coordinate IT efforts in projects and help address technical issues.
• You will ensure application of information security and information assurance, policies, and principles of systems.
• You will be evaluating and providing recommendations on new database technologies and architectures.
• You will be implementing the integration of all systems components; eg
procedures, databases, policies, principles, and practices to the systems analysis process
Requirements Conditions of Employment

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites
You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
• You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty
Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal
Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing Information Technology projects; designing, developing installing, OR implementing databases; AND developing OR administering data standards, policies, and procedures
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social)
Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment

• Experience in applying systems engineering principles to the acquisition, development, integration, testing, delivery and advanced technology development for new/existing government/commercial intelligence systems.
* Experience with virtual machines, virtual machine management, containers, and container management solutions.
* Experience with migration to and sustainment in the Cloud, and implementation, fielding and sustainment of AI/ML algorithms.
* Experience and/or knowledge with Model Based Systems Engineering
