Start your journey with us today IT Director - Identity Services The individual in this role will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the delivery of identity management services and access control mechanisms across the NewYork-Presbyterian Enterprise.  This includes but is not limited to the management of the SailPoint suite of technologies, federation solutions, authentication services, directory services, multi-factor technologies, credentialing applications, and data enrichment integrations. The Director is responsible for developing NYP's identity management strategy, leading the implementation of key identity management technologies, and ensuring that user access is effectively and efficiently delivered.  Further, the Director is a key stakeholder in all Information Security projects, providing critical direction in the areas of enrichment, correlation, and AAA.This position is based out of our corporate office Midtown Manhattan but may require travel to our other NYP sites. This is a full-time position from Monday-Friday.Preferred CriteriaCISSSP, CISM or similar5-7 years of experience managing and supporting information systems within the health care industry or industries which provide services to health care entitiesBroad expertise in information services related to managing access for users across a federated environment and with various external entities.In-depth understanding of enterprise identity management platforms, identity proofing principles, and identity management best practices.Strong knowledge and experience with user provisioning and self-service; account creation and management; entitlement review and certification; entitlement management; enterprise directory architecture and design; role-based access control; single sign-on; identity federation; privileged user access management; multifactor authentication.Thorough understanding of current developments and trends in access provisioning across Active Directory, on-premise and SaaS/Cloud, ERP systems, and other provisioning targets.Experience leading across functional business and technical teams in a large and complex, environments.Must have the proven ability to serve as an effective member of a management team, be an effective leader to a team of highly trained personnel and consultants; and interact effectively with risk and data managers, auditors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.Required CriteriaBachelor’s DegreeAt least 10 years of related work experienceBusiness SavvyExcellent strategic, organizational, communication and analytic skillsJoin a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
