As the most acute level of care in Kindred's continuum, our transitional care hospitals offer the same critical care patients receive in a traditional hospital or intensive care unit, but for an extended recovery period. Our clinicians play a vital role in the recovery process for chronic, critically ill and medically complex patients.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN Dialysis you will:

* Perform dialysis and patient care activities for the End Stage Renal Disease and Acute Care patient under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in accordance with Kindred Healthcare policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as OSHA, JCAHO, CMS, federal, state, and local regulations.


* Report to the Dialysis Program Manager or Dialysis Supervisor at the respective facility.



As a Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN Dialysis you will have:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.


* Current Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN state license required.


* Twelve (12) months of clinical nursing experience and providing nursing care to dialysis patients.
