Position Highlights:
- Supervises and evaluates work performance of nursing staff.
- Works closely with Marketing Coordinator and Social Services staff to review and assess potential move-ins
- Monitors care provided to be sure policies and procedures are followed.
- Carries out disciplinary actions as stated in personnel policies.
- Completes admission, discharge and transfer documentation as needed.
- Monitor nursing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure daily assignments are being followed.
- Respond to all family and resident concerns.
- Participates in the Quality Improvement/Quality Assurance program.
- Completes payroll review in an accurate and timely manner
- Available on-call to ensure staffing coverage.
- Participates in leadership and department head meetings
