Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Registered Nurse** to work at a Correctional Facility in **Shelton, Washington.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.

**40hrs Travel Package**

Weekly Gross Pay = $1800

Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $45

Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $1022 (Hotel-644 Meals-378)

**Total Weekly ($1022 is not taxed)= $2822**

Feels like per hour = $70.55

$2822 div 40 hours = $70.55

**Shift Details:**

+ Fri-Mon 2100-0730

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).

+ A valid and current RN license issued by the Client

+ A valid and current BLS provider card (American Heart Association)

+ Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. RN must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English.

+ We need RNs with med/surg, critical care, ER, and/or corrections experience. RNs who can quickly pick up the kind of care we provide.

+ **Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away**

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Provides general nursing care to patients.

+ Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.

+ Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients.

+ Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.

+ Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient.

+ May make beds, bathe, and feed patients.

+ May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients.

+ Additional RN duties given by Supervisor.
