Simply put, we take care of our advisors, so they can take care of their clients.Job OverviewThe Corporate FP&A team plays an instrumental role in the analysis and reporting of LPL’s consolidated financial performance. Reporting to the SVP, Corporate FP&A, the team provides critical analytical support to executive leaders through financial analysis and visually compelling reporting of the company’s consolidated financial results. This role will also coordinate across both business line FP&A and cross functional teams to understand drivers of our financial performance and will have direct interaction with the executive leadership team.ResponsibilitiesManage consolidated financial reporting deliverables and communicate financial results to senior leadershipCoordinate with key stakeholders to complete monthly variance commentary compared to budget/forecast at the consolidated and business unit levelSupport decision making by providing accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis to senior leadershipDevelop standardized dashboards and reports to assess financial performanceRecognize system inefficiencies and implement effective solutionsDeliver on ad hoc analysis, modeling, and additional responsibilities as requiredWhat are we looking for?We want strong collaborators who can deliver a world-class client experience. We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are client-focused, team oriented, and are able to execute in a way that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.Requirements:A minimum of 10 years of relevant experienceBA/BS degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (or a related discipline)Core Competencies:Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointAbility to manage and prioritize across multiple projectsDetail-oriented with insight to determine applicability of big picture analysis and strategic thinking is criticalStrong work ethic with commitment to excellence and integrityAbility to take complex financial results and create concise financial reporting within PowerPoint presentationsEffective communication, presentation, and writing skills and the ability to interact with various levels of management, including C-suite teamSelf-motivated and a solid team player ability to work effectively with other parts of Finance and develop a strong consultative relationship throughout the departmentPreferences:Experience in FP&A, Investor Relations or financial services firmPrior consolidated P&L analysis experienceMBA, CPA, or CFAPay Range: $136,200-$204,300/yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
