The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Physician and Corporate Relations Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves both maintaining and expanding our network of referring physicians and building relationships with businesses and corporate entities to establish new channels for patient referrals. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, strategic planning, and possess a strong understanding of the healthcare and corporate wellness landscapes.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen existing relationships and establish new connections with physicians, healthcare providers, and corporate entities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our network of referring physicians and business partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Organize outreach and engagement activities, such as seminars, health fairs, and presentations, to increase awareness of our services in the medical and corporate communities.
- Monitor and analyze referral patterns and trends from both healthcare and corporate sectors, identifying opportunities for growth and partnership.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute materials that effectively communicate our integrative care model to both medical and business audiences.
- Work closely with the management team to align physician and corporate relations strategies with overall organizational goals.
- Provide feedback to our clinical and administrative teams regarding the needs and preferences of referring physicians and corporate clients to enhance service delivery.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with physicians, corporate clients, and other referral sources to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and strengthen relationships.
- Maintain detailed records of all physician and corporate relations activities, including interactions, initiatives, and outcomes.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in physician relations or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the New York City market
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the dynamics of building successful referral networks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships across diverse sectors.
- Strategic thinking abilities with a talent for identifying opportunities and solving problems effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits:
- Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000, based on experience. Additional performance bonus.
