You'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing scalable, high-availability applications on Microsoft Azure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost efficiency.You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand the organization's obstacles and provide due diligence. You'll conduct thorough needs assessments, uncovering the requirements for new applications or upgrades to existing ones, and document these specifications with utmost precision using cutting-edge Business Analysis (BA) methodologies. Whether it's crafting comprehensive use cases, tracing requirements meticulously, or visualizing process flows, your attention to detail will be unmatched.Drawing upon your exceptional analytical prowess, you'll gather requirements from stakeholders and masterfully translate them into functional and nonfunctional specifications. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Skills and Experience10+ Years of Cloud Experience.3+ years recent Azure & Automation.Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud Platforms features and functionalities is required; these include security firewalls Redis cache key vault etc.Creating Microsoft Azure solutions following project requirements and predefined criteria.Driving cloud security privacy and compliance decisions through design and technical discussion concerns for size performance agility and High Availability and Disaster Recovery.Ability to analyze systems and identify problems migrating to Azure cloud.Variety of technologies including BI, database principles, programming fundamentals, SQL, hardware/software, operating systems and networking.Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration.Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills and ExperienceSaaS application implementation experience.Application modernization tools, e.g. CAST.Experience in using and implementing DevSecOps processes.Experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies.The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $134,160 to $254,880 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.                                                                                                                                                                                                              There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:                                                                                                               California:          $147,600 to $305,880                                                             Colorado:           $134,160 to $254,880                                                             New York City:   $161,040 to $305,880                                                             Washington:      $147,600 to $280,320                                                             This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans.
