In this role, you will provide essential programmatic expertise, contributing to the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and execution plans related to the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS)
Your primary responsibility will be to support Air Combat Command (ACC) staff processes as the Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) Major Command (MAJCOM) for AF DCGS
You will play a crucial role in analyzing, developing, and evaluating detailed plans, goals, and objectives, advising and assisting ACC staff to ensure effective support for AF DCGS
Additionally, you will contribute to the AF DCGS Global Force Management Allocation Plan (GFMAP) force offering, facilitating the access of Air Reserve Component (ARC) personnel through Manpower Program Authorization (MPA) program management
Essential Functions:
• Provide expertise in developing and implementing AF and ACC's vision, concepts, policies, and execution plans within AF DCGS and intelligence programs.
* Author and review strategic plans, program defense narratives, and executive correspondence supporting operational and programmatic priorities for AF DCGS and intelligence programs.
* Evaluate and provide feedback on draft ACC, Air Force, Joint, and DoD publications, doctrine, guidance, and policy documents relevant to AF DCGS and intelligence programs.
* Advise on AF DCGS manpower alignment and allocation, identifying potential impacts on force readiness posture and suggesting mitigating solutions.
* Participate in manpower-related studies, reviewing resource requirements, authorizations, and structures supporting AF DCGS and intelligence programs.
* Review program change requests and manpower survey reports to assess their impact on AF DCGS operational capacity.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain accurate GFMAP inputs and requirements.
* Utilize experience in MPA Man-Day Program to support AF DCGS enterprise tasks and assist in efficient ARC manpower utilization for operational mission sets.
* Identify, evaluate, validate, and integrate tasks for ISR/PED capacity in support of Air Components and Combatant Commanders.
* Engage in Working Groups related to future planning, operating concepts, strategic plans, and integration involving AF DCGS.
* Assist in developing integration strategies with ISR components and acquisition agents to mitigate risks to operational ISR system components and assigned missions.
* Support international engagements with partner nations related to AF DCGS and intelligence programs.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• Security clearance: Top Secret (SCI eligibility required).
* 10 years' experience
* Extensive background in AF DCGS Strategy, Manpower, and Policy issues, including planning and evaluation for OT&E.
* Strong track record in developing and analyzing policies and strategic plans for intelligence programs.
* Proven ability to manage manpower alignment and allocation.
* Skilled in maintaining GFMAP inputs and requirements, with adept coordination skills.
* Experienced in assessing changes' impacts on AF DCGS operational capacity.
* Proficient in managing MPA Man-Day Program for task execution efficiency.
* Demonstrated expertise in integrating ISR/PED tasks to support operational needs.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Intel related field
* Master's degree preferred.
