Role Description

This is a full-time/part-time on-site role for various positions, including Certified Nursing Assistants. We also provide Specialized Companionship and PCA services. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct care and assistance to our clients. Assisting with everyday tasks, keeping an eye on vital signs, giving prescriptions, recording patient data, and maintaining a tidy and secure atmosphere are just a few of the responsibilities you will have. Furthermore, you will work directly with our staff to guarantee that our customers receive efficient and well-coordinated treatment.


Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Nursing Assistant certification
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering direct care and support to patients
  • Familiarity with fundamental medical terminology and procedures
  • Proficiency in monitoring vital signs and identifying shifts in patient condition
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Effective teamwork capabilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management proficiencies
  • Deeply compassionate, empathetic, and committed to delivering high-quality care
  • Completion of high school education or equivalent
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous
