Are you ready to shine as a Travel Registered Nurse in the captivating city of Phoenix, AZ? We're seeking dedicated professionals for a 13-week night shift assignment in our Progressive Care Unit, offering 12-hour shifts and a weekly gross pay of $2448

Position Overview: As a Travel RN in our PCU, your expertise will be instrumental in providing exceptional nursing care during the night shift. You'll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to organizational policies and professional nursing standards, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Monitoring patient vital signs and response to interventions throughout the night
  • Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Documenting patient care activities accurately and comprehensively

Requirements:

  • Minimum 24 months recent PCU experience
  • ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association
  • Active Arizona state nursing license or eligibility for compact licensure
  • Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care, even during overnight shifts
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
