General Labor Technician
Henderson, NV
 
This position is responsible for assisting with the general labor assistance on a variety of projects, including cleaning, packing, moving, light demolition and site cleanup relating to water, fire, smoke and mold jobs. General Labor Technicians provide exceptional customer service, structural and content cleaning labor, support with the pack out and transportation of customer contents, light demolition, job cleanup and completion of detailed job records.
 
General Labor Technician Responsibilities:
 
·         Drive to job sites and follow direction of PM
·         Light Demolition
·         Load furniture & boxes on truck in safe manor
·         Moving restoration equipment in and out of job sites
·         Onsite cleaning & Disinfection of businesses
·         Content cleaning in residence or at warehouse
·         Execute all paperwork
 
General Labor Technician Qualifications:
 
·         Moving & packing experience 
·         Cleaning Experience
·         Construction Experience
·         Ability to communicate both verbally & written
·         Experience in the Restoration Industry a plus
·         Experience with a major Moving Van lines a plus
·         Ability to follow direction
·         Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
 
General Labor Benefits include: 
· Hourly wage $16/hr. to $20/hr. based upon experience
