Position Summary: As an LHNA Administrator, you'll be at the forefront, managing all aspects of our business to deliver exceptional patient care, maintain a vibrant employee community, and actively engage with the local community.

 

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Efficiently manage costs
  • Drive compliance and grow our patient community, ensuring top-tier healthcare services
  • Keep a watchful eye on nursing care quality through regular rounds
  • Maintain the facility's spotless appearance and smooth operation of support departments
  • Foster a culture of positivity and high morale among staff
  • Champion patient and resident needs
  • Prioritize outstanding customer service, both for our internal team and external clients

  • Highly effective communicator, director, and motivator
  • Devoted to enhancing the lives of our residents and staff
  • Experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (with at least 1 year under your belt)
  • Expert in building and maintaining positive relationships with employees and the community
  • Pro in delivering top-notch customer service
  • Knowledgeable about reimbursement regulations, nursing practices, and procedures
  • Proficient in following policies, procedures, and all relevant federal, state, and local standards and regulations that govern long-term care facilities
  • Ready to react promptly and effectively in emergency situations
