Are you ready to build your career by joining a healthcare provider? If so, our client is hiring a Registered Nurse - RNFA (Days)

What You'll Do:

  • The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing the individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process.
  • Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
  • Supervising assigned team members.
  • Providing support to the Clinical Manager for the assigned Department.
  • Assist on robotics or ortho joints.
  • Orthopedic cases, plastic joint replacement and robotics will be majority of the hospital cases. 

What You Bring:


  • OR RN First Assistant - Minimum 2 years' Operating Room experience required along with BSN degree and completion of an RNFA program that meets AORN standards.
  • Must be able to assist on robotics or ortho joints. Orthopedic cases, plastic joint replacement and robotics will be majority of the hospital cases and must have experience and be comfortable with this.
  • CNOR, ACLS highly preferred.
  • Must have active PA state or compact license at time of submission.
  • Both covid and flu vaccine are required; medical and/or religious exemptions are accepted with proper documentation.
