Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recertification Specialist to join our team. The Recertification Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing compliance and recertification of individuals or entities in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a solid understanding of recertification processes.

This is a temporary position that is expected to last 6-12 months in length. MUST HAVE TAX CREDIT EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities:

Recertification Process Management: Facilitate the end-to-end recertification process for individuals or entities, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are met within established timelines.

Documentation Review: Thoroughly review recertification applications, supporting documents, and relevant records to validate accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.

Communication: Interact with clients, applicants, and internal stakeholders to provide guidance, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues related to the recertification process.

Compliance Monitoring: Stay current with industry regulations, standards, and guidelines to ensure recertification processes remain aligned with legal and industry requirements.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to verify the accuracy and completeness of recertification materials, mitigating the risk of errors or discrepancies.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recertification records, databases, and documentation, utilizing appropriate software and tools.

Deadline Adherence: Monitor and manage recertification deadlines, sending reminders to applicants and ensuring timely completion of necessary steps.

Problem Resolution: Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the recertification process, collaborating with relevant teams to find solutions.

Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recertification process, suggesting improvements and streamlining workflows.

Reporting: Generate regular reports and metrics related to the recertification process, offering insights to management for decision-making purposes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
* Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in managing recertification or compliance processes.
* Strong understanding of relevant industry regulations, standards, and guidelines.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document review and data management.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in recertification data.
* Proficiency in using software and tools for documentation management, data entry, and reporting.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges that may arise during the recertification process.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred:

* Certification in recertification management or a related field.
* Experience with relevant software or platforms used for recertification tracking and management.
