The Pre-Delivery Technician is responsible for the proper installation and operation of truck and trailer mounted equipment as

assigned.

Responsibilities

* Read job order and plan work procedures.
* Document work performed in an accurate and timely manner.
* Must be proficient in the proper and safe use of hand and air operated tools.
* Possess a basic understanding of the operation and use of a welder and a cutting torch.
* Must be capable of installing and troubleshooting basic 12VDC electrical components.
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding the work performed.
* Advise service manager and/or service writer of any repairs or services which should be performed

within the next 3 months.
* Tag all warranty parts and returns to warranty clerk.
* Ensure interior and exterior of the vehicle are clean when vehicle is returned to the customer.
* Clean and maintain an orderly stall and general work areas.
* Other duties beyond this representative listing may be assigned to the essential job duties and

responsibilities of this position based on Company needs.

Education and/or Experience

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
* Minimum of three months related experience.

Other Skills and Abilities Required

* Ability to multi-task under pressure.
* Maintain safe work environment.
* Foster a positive customer relationship.
