You’ll have tools to help balance your professional and personal life, paid volunteer days, and access to employee networks that help you stay connected to what matters to you.   Join us.We are seeking a highly experience and visionary leader to join SSGA's Global Business office as Head of Product Innovation and third party relationships.   The individual will play a pivotal role in the driving of product innovation initiatives across SSGA and fostering strategic partnerships to enhance SSGA's competitive position in the global market.  The position will require a commercial and strategic mindset to lead and oversee the innovation journey from inception to implementation and on an on-going basis to ensure we remain competitive in our offering to serve our clients with the best investment solutions, guiding a globally located team of professionals towards achieving SSGA's growth ambitions. Driving forward with impact and efficiency, the ability to translate current and future customer needs into commercially viable innovative client products and solutions in a dynamic and competitive marketplace are critical for future success and this role will be at the centre of this. Combining product portfolio knowledge, with the needs of our partners and clients and an awareness of key developments across clients, market segments and industry opportunities for future trends in our markets are imperative.ResponsibilitiesDefine, drive and lead the implementation  of product innovation across the organisation, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of innovative solutions.Understanding industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to anticipate challenges and opportunities in the market.Ensure that the SSGA portfolio is current and progressive to  our customers and attract new customers in underpenetrated growth markets.Utilise data and analytics to asses the viability and potential impact of initiatives, guiding investments decisions and resource allocations.Establish and maintain effective communication channels with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for innovation initiatives.Understand international markets and adapt tactics to different sensibilities while preserving an overall global product suiteCultivate and maintain strategic partnerships and industry leaders to enhance SSGA's position in marketHas strong industry connectivity to leverage insights, ideas and perspectives to support innovation Demonstrate a strong track record to drive outsized commercial success through the development of appropriate investment solutions for clients.
