BayCare Clinic Cardiology is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in Marinette, WI. We're looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. This position is 20-40 hours a week with typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. No Holidays No Weekends

We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. The Position:

  • Performs assessments as appropriate.
  • Directs test results to physicians for review.
  • Accurately documents assessment of information including patient needs.
  • Determines priority of patient needs based on history and current symptoms.
  • Coordinates and evaluates the appropriate patient plan of care with physician.
  • Ensures the plan of care is consistent and individualized to each patient, is evaluated in a consistent and timely manner, is properly documented and is updated as patient needs change.
  • Educates family members in plan of care for patients.
  • Ensures physician orders are transcribed, executed and documented appropriately.
  • Schedules and carries out patient follow up calls when appropriate and returns patient phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Provides patient education as needed.
  • Assists with minor office procedures.
  • Respects and maintains confidentiality.

The Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse designation required.
  • Must hold a valid RN license to practice in the state where practice occurs.
  • At least 2 years related nursing experience is preferred.
