We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.As the Senior Product Owner you will be responsible for managing the product backlog and ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of the product vision and goals. You will work closely with the development team, stakeholders, and customers to identify and prioritize features based on customer needs and business value, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria.What You’ll Work OnCollaborating with cross-functional teamsGathering and analyzing feedback from different stakeholdersEnsuring that the product meets the needs of our customersDefine and prioritize backlog items and product features, ensuring that they are aligned with the product vision and goalsWork closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and define user requirementsCreate and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other processes and workflows to support the development team and improve the product development processParticipate in daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, and sprint reviews with the product development teamEnsure that the team members have a clear understanding of the product vision, the expected deliverables, the goals of each initiative, and new product release timelines and milestonesContinuously gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders, scrum masters, engineering teams, and customers to inform successful product performance decisionsAct as the primary point of contact for the development team and stakeholders regarding product-related issuesRequired QualificationsBachelors Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related engineering field or an equivalent combination of education and work experienceMinimum of 8 years in medical device development and/or other highly regulated industryPreferred QualificationsMasters Degree in a technical or business fieldExperience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changingenvironment.Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate atmultiple levels in the organization.Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.Apply Now* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
