**Bi-weekly Hours:**

**Shift: 7a-7:30p/7p-7:30a; Rotating weekends, Rotating holidays**

Today, our Behavioral Health Center will change how mental health services are delivered in Cleveland. Our new facility is located in Cleveland Heights and is intentionally designed to meet the needs of patients.**

**Join our Behavioral Health Psych Med Unit**

**_Primary Patient Population:_**

+ **18+ years old**

+ **Primary mental health concern and secondary medical concern**

**_Primary skills utilized/learned:_**

+ **Assessment Skills**

+ **Therapeutic Listening**

+ **Verbal De-escalation**

+ **Crisis Management**

+ **Relationship Building**

+ **Milieu Management**

+ **Group Programming Facilitation**

**_Personnel RN will work with_** **_:_**

+ **LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Providers, Psychologists, Behavioral Health Specialists (BHS), Social Workers**

**_Number of beds on unit:_**

+ **8 beds**

**Required Qualifications:**

+ **Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).**

+ **Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio**

+ **Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.**

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ **BSN**

+ **Professional Certification recognized by the Magnet Association**
