Resolves technical problems
Researches and recommends technology
Coordinates information system priorities
Responsibilities
• Providing PKI Portfolio support in the ITIL Service Lifecyle to include expertise in service strategy, service design, service transition, service operation, and continual service improvement.
* Creating joint activities with systems management team through workshops, meetings, and training to share knowledge and promote information exchange with the various systems.
* Propose and implement new ideas to strengthen the PKI portfolio through the distribution of information, formulation of action plans and multi-faceted projects.
* Analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the portfolio and creating an improvement plan.
* Providing support for both the legacy system as well as the future solution
Required Experience/Qualifications
• Must possess one of the following IAM Level III certifications: CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, CCISO
* 8+ years of demonstrated experience with PKI in a government contracting environment.
* Expert knowledge of PKI and its role in encrypting and safeguarding customer data and systems.
* Demonstrated success in implementing a PKI portfolio for an end-to-end system.
* Strong communication skills - the ability to translate technical topics to non-technical audiences and the ability to provide analysis of complex issues in easily understood ways
Extensive experience with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are important.
* Ability to influence decision making without being the ultimate decision maker
Special Requirements/Security Clearance
