Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated fulltime Radiation Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional patient care by administering prescribed radiation therapy treatments. Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully an individual must:

* Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatment to patients in accordance with established protocols.
* Accurately position the beam of radiation and deliver the prescribed dose to correspond with the designated treatment plan.
* Assist the radiation therapy department with patient care, patient treatment delivery, patient treatment records, radiation safety and quality assurance functions.
* Ensure patient safety, comfort, and compliance throughout the treatment process.
* Operate and maintain radiation equipment to the highest standards.
* Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, dosimetry, physics and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely treatment.
* Proficient in the use of radiation therapy equipment and software.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to adapt and excel in a float position, providing coverage across various locations as needed.
* Dedication to patient care and safety.

Qualifications:

* Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy technology program
* Must hold a current:
* Washington: National ARRT certification and current WA license for Radiation Therapy
* Idaho: National ARRT certification

* Must have valid CPR

Monday - Friday work schedule and on call as needed.
