Case Manager

Status: Hourly, FT
Pay Range: $28.35/hour.
Scope of Position:
- In addition to the above, greet and assist all persons needing assistance without discrimination.
- Timely and detailed documentation required.
- Professional discretion necessary to determine appropriate assistance assignments.
- Must be competent to work in a team environment with clear parameters as well as the ability to work independently.
- PTM training and mandatory updates required.
- Ability to use databases, HMIS, Well Sky and other reporting platforms to achieve goals.
- Experience in trauma informed care, wrap around services and motivational interviewing.
- Other duties, as required.
Position Requirements:
- MSW with 2 years of social work experience, or Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, psychology, or related field with a mini9mum of four years' relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with a public-school system or in homelessness services.
- Preferred experience working with unaccompanied homeless youth and/or with undocumented families.
- Be supportive of The Salvation Army's mission and culture. The ability to model the high standards of the Organization as one of the world's most distinguished human service charitable organizations.
