Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Assistant at QUICK MOVING. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls and inquiries, maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. The role will also involve clerical skills such as data entry and documentation.


Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks and data entry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
