POSITION SUMMARY: Reviews all OASIS time points for accuracy and supporting documentation. EDUCATION/TRAINING: Completion of an approved Registered Nursing Program. BSN preferred. At least one year clinical experience in Home Health Care required. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Illinois required.# Must have valid State driver#s license and proof of liability insurance.
