Effective interpersonal relation skills, observational and reporting skills. Exemplifies self-direction with good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt resources to meet the needs of the situation. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the direct and indirect care of residents assigned to him/her under the guidance of the RN or Charge Nurse. Exercises concern for the resident#s welfare above all else. Remains up-to-date on new nursing skills, technology and requirements in the changing health care environment.
