We are currently seeking a unique individual with supply chain skills to assist in our enterprise procurement processes
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Understanding of the BICES-X procurement process.
• Enter, track, and receive software and hardware maintenance support renewals and new purchases throughout purchasing process.
• Proactively analyze and track purchases for value of cost, software licensing, maintenance, and service offerings.
• Review and understand vendor contracts and software license agreements to understand the terms and conditions in which the software can be utilized.
• Work with vendors, IT, and Supply Chain teams to analyze and resolve complex issues associated with enterprise purchasing.
• Interact and professionally exhibit customer service skills and be able to present a positive approach with customers, peers, vendors, and supervisors.
• Perform all other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of related logistics work experience.
• BA/BS - may substitute additional years of experience.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to put together and organize large amounts of information.
• Possess an active secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with Enterprise Licensing Agreements and EULAs.
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Familiar with Microsoft, Cisco, and Adobe DoD JELAs
• Experience communicating with multiple vendors and project managers.
• Experience with data entry (SC360), Accounting Systems and SharePoint Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled
• While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations
