Cyber Operations Program Manager with Security Clearance

SRG is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our team of Cyber Operation Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of offensive cyberspace operations in support of aligned combatant command and designated sub-unified commands
This includes a deep understanding and experience in the employment of available cyberspace capabilities as well as the creation of future cyberspace capabilities
Tasking will include comprehensive cyber support for cyberspace operations planning and intelligence analysis at Joint Force Headquarters level
SRG’s Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact to the appointed Contracting Officer’s Representative and Contracting Officer for a $100M+ DoD contract managing ~100 FTEs distributed across several CONUS locations
Our PM will be responsible for multiple deliverables to include monthly Task Order Status Reports and Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) Reports.
SRG’s PM will oversee SRG’s team of Analysts, Planners and SMEs in support of Offensive Cyber operational planning, assessment of operational readiness and effectiveness, intelligence planning and policy, all-source intelligence analysis, research, and systems integration.
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to review, analyze, and operationalize tactical and operational-level Cyber directives
An active/in tolerance TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance will be required for access to the place of performance, system account creation to perform the tasks, and access to classified data.
Basic Qualifications:

Must possess a bachelor’s degree and 14 years of planning experience or a combined total of a minimum of 18 years between education and relevant service
Additional experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements:
• Army/Joint Targeting, IPB, and COG analysis process as well as a general understanding of Joint Offensive and Defensive doctrine and procedures.
• Knowledge in JOPP, MDMP, and MCPP planning and targeting processes and expertise in developing and accessing tactical and operational level Cyber plans and orders.

Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Program/Project Management in support of DoD contracts at the service or joint level, working that support operations with Combatant Commands or Joint Task Forces.

Experience with integrating, coordinating, and synchronizing adjacent and supporting operations, as well as developing support for related capabilities and their activities
Be familiar with, certified in, or have applicable operational/field time experience in:
• Tactical Electronic Warfare (EW)
• Cyberspace Operations
• SIGINT related activities

Ability to engage senior JIIM leaders and staff and conduct operational and informational briefings to a large audience.

Ability to work effectively within a task organized working group and expertise with planning, integrating, and coordinating with inter-agency and intelligence community entities

Clearance: This position requires an Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI).

Master of Military Art and Science – School of Advanced Military Studies, Strategic Communications, International Affairs, or similar fields.

Recent Joint or Service Level Cyber Operations planning experience.
