As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Part-Time Junior Estimator and Project Coordinator Trainee to join our dedicated team. **Position Overview:** *Job Title:* Part-Time Junior Estimator and Project Coordinator Trainee *Location:* Myrtle Beach, SC *Hours:* 20-25 hours per week plus *Compensation:* Competitive, commensurate with experience **Responsibilities:** 1. **Estimation Support:**    - Assist senior estimator in the preparation of cost estimates for construction projects.    - Analyze project specifications and blueprints to understand project requirements.    - Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary information for accurate estimates. 2. **Project Coordination:**    - Learn project coordination tasks, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.    - Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.    - Assist in maintaining project documentation and records. 3. **Training and Development:**    - Participate in training sessions to enhance technical and project management skills.    - Shadow experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in estimating and project coordination.    - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.           **Qualifications:** - Construction experience desired. - Estimating experience preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.   **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated individual looking to kickstart your career in construction estimation and project coordination, we would love to hear from you Please submit your resume, cover letter, and academic transcripts to info@rtexteriorsmb.com.
